Priced at just 1,600 INR, it serves as an attractive option compared to other nearby homestays that typically charge around 6,000-7,000 INR for a night. The accommodations are spacious and pristine, featuring well-maintained bathrooms with consistent hot water. For added relaxation, the hotel provides swings in the garden area and offers lovely views. A notable highlight was the campfire setup, which was both inviting and a great way to unwind. Housekeeping was attentive, ensuring a clean environment, and I appreciated the option to request meals, which were freshly prepared and worth every penny. While it's a bit removed from the hustle of Madikeri city centre, it being only 5 km away allows for easy exploration during the day. For those seeking comfort without breaking the bank, Katakeri stands out as a noteworthy choice. Enjoy the conveniences, and perhaps pre-order your meals for a hassle-free experience.
